Ingredients: Gluten-free all purpose flour (rice flour, brown rice flour, chickpea flour, tapioca starch, potato flour, xanthan gum), psyllium husk, water, yeast, coconut sugar, olive oil, sea salt.
Storage: This bread has no preservatives and is hence stored the best in the freezer for up to 6 months. It freezes REALLY well 🙂
Instructions: Remove slices of goodness from freezer and defrost in a toaster, oven or microwave – no need to defrost for hours. A few minutes of heat added makes this loaf taste freshly baked!
